Responsibilities:
- Work with DAS recruiting team and HR to help employment candidates make improvements to their resumes and prepare for interviews
- Copy edit candidate submission documents including letters, resumes, and executive summaries
- Format candidate submission documents to exacting standards for presentation to clients
- Liaise and communicate with candidates to develop better narrative products and build appropriate information into resumes/documents
- Coordinate with employment candidates to schedule meetings, calls, and interviews- manage multiple schedules appropriately
- Assist HR and Program Managers with candidate submissions to clients
- Maintain digital information portals (Dropbox/MS Teams) and manage records appropriately
- Manage day to day office activities including drafting correspondence, writing documents, printing/filing, employee engagement, mail/shipping, maintaining friendly, welcoming office environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment or 3+ years of military experience
- Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills which includes formatting MS Word documents
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- High attention to detail and ability to communicate with clients/candidates
- Individually manage workload to meet requirements on deadlines
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or 4+ years of military service
- Experience professionally writing/editing, specifically work on resumes
