Summary:

DAS is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer—recent college graduates are highly encouraged to apply! This is an excellent opportunity to launch your engineering career by supporting high-impact Department of Defense projects at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, analysis, testing, and integration in support of Army systems. Candidates must be able to work onsite full-time and hold an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
• Support preparation of technical documentation and engineering reports.
• Participate in data collection, system testing, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support integration and troubleshooting.
• Follow DoD engineering standards, processes, and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field (recent graduates encouraged).
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Ability to work onsite at APG, MD (5 days/week).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
