Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Information Financial Analyst to join our team at Picatinny, NJ, pending contract award.

Responsibilities

• Routinely support budgeting and financial management activities using various Government databases to include the General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS).
• Preform budget planning, budget and account reconciliation, Purchase Request (PR) creation, and other system activities.
• Run reports and be fluent in navigating the reporting side of GFEBS to assist PD JS with monitoring and managing the expenditure of PD JS funded projects within Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) executed at Government Owned Government Operated (GOGO) ammunition plants, Depots, Joint Munitions Command, and other Army Materiel Command sites.
• Analyze financial data and use that data to develop routine and ad hoc reporting to include charts, graphs, etc.
• Support taskers such as Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP) audit readiness and execution analysis, to include researching funding transactions, obligations, and disbursements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics
  • 4 additional years of experience substitute for Bachelors degree
• A minimum of seven (7) years experience providing analysis for multiple large projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
